To be eligible for this service you need to be a current patient of Menopause GP. A current patient is someone who has had an Initial Consultation or Follow-up Consultation (not an Email Consultation) with us in the past 12 months. 
If you have never had an Initial Consultation with us, then we cannot do an Email Consultation. 
If you have had a consultation with us, but not in the past 12 months, then please book a Follow-up Consultation instead of an Email Consultation. If you are not able to get an appointment in a timely fashion, then please email us at hello@menopausegp.com.au and we will try and accommodate you. 
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a same day Email Consultation service. We aim to reply to your initial email within two working days.
